What Makes Our Service Different
Driver Training
Our drivers are trained to drive safely, and so much more. Each driver is trained and certified in first-aid, CPR, AED, as well as blood-born pathogen training. Additional training includes courses on how to better serve those with autism, dementia and alzheimer’s. We want our drivers to be fully prepared for any circumstance in order to better serve our riders. And you will also notice our drivers always greeting each rider with a smile and the exact assistance necessary. Compassionate professionalism is what defines our driving service.
Customer Service With Compassion
At Heart & Soul we put our riders first. Each rider has a face, a name, and a need – and we want to know all three well. That’s why we have trained our customer service staff to serve each rider with respect as they would a family member. We approach each rider and each rider’s circumstances with care and compassion and look for the best possible way to serve. We aren’t just transportation. We are often the missing piece in many riders lives, and we take this responsibility seriously.

Many seniors are still very active, despite not being able to drive. We make it possible to get out to various locations in the community to participate and stay active throughout the golden years.

Getting you to and from your appointments is something we specialize in. Physical therapy session or a regular checkup, we get our riders there and back without a doubt.

We know how your schedule can get busy and it’s hard to juggle transportation for the kids. We are certified and trusted to bring your child home safely.
